பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டிய சான்றிதழ்கள்:

1. பதினொன்றாம் (பொருந்தினால்) மற்றும் பன்னிரெண்டாம் வகுப்புகளின் மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழ்கள், (கட்டாயம்)
2. சமீபத்திய வருமான சான்றிதழ் (ஒருவருடத்திற்குள்) வட்டாட்சியரிடமிருந்து பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். (கட்டாயம்)
3. முதல் பட்டதாரி சான்றிதழ் வட்டாட்சியரிடமிருந்து பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் (பொருந்தினால்),
4. மாற்றுத்திறனாளி சான்றிதழ் - மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் நலத்துறையிடமிருந்து பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் (பொருந்தினால்)
5. தாய் / தந்தை இறப்பு சான்றிதழ் (பொருந்தினால்).

Documents to be uploaded :

1. Plus-One (if applicable) & Plus-Two Mark Statements (Mandatory),
2. Valid Income Certificate(IC)(latest within 1 year) issued by Tahsildar
3.  First Graduate Certificate (FG) issued by Tahsildar (if applicable)
4. Differently Abled (DA) Certificate issued by Differently Abled Welfare Office / Government of India (if applicable)
5. Father / Mother Death Certificate issued by Corporation,  etc.. (if applicable)

If Income Certificate and First Graduate certificate is not received in specified time, kindly upload the acknowledgement copy issued by Tahsildar office for the same. On receipt of certificates the same may be submitted to the office during Counseling.

The application form along with required documents should be uploaded within 15 days from publication of the Plus Two Result/Marks. ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WITH ALL SCANNED COPIES DULY UPLOADED WILL BE ACCEPTED. Student who failed to upload the required documents in the specified time , their application will summarily be rejected.
